Spence Property Solutions Ltd, a small property regeneration firm near Plymouth, specializes in transforming properties into HMOs and self-contained flats. Having previously collaborated with them on several renovation projects, I worked with Spence Property Solutions again on their latest venture involving The Lockout, a former bed and breakfast on Preston Seafront.

I conducted a thorough survey of the property and developed detailed floor plans to explore its potential. These visual representations helped Spence Property Solutions present the project to local estate agents and assess its viability.

Despite our efforts, including cost analyses and market research, Spence Property Solutions decided not to proceed with the project.
